How to Deal with a Passive-Aggressive Co-Worker

A passive-aggressive co-worker can be the most infuriating type of colleague you’ll ever encounter and have you tearing out your hair in short order. Passive-aggressive co-workers generally display some form of silent opposition, stubbornness, and/or overall negative attitude on the job, whether it’s for their required job responsibilities or assignments requested of them.

This thorny issue is compounded if the co-worker alternates between passive hostility and genial friendliness, leaving you absolutely bemused as to whether they’re currently blowing hot or cold. No problem right, as long as you give them a wide berth at work?
